Acceptance of the internal regulations
The house rules of our gîtes apply to all reservations.
Any stay implies acceptance of the general rental conditions and of these house rules.
Access to the cottages and the entire establishment
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM
(Flexible outside the high season).
Upon arrival, please provide:

Payment of the tourist tax (€1.48 per day per person)

Payment of the security deposits in cash, cheque, or bank transfer
Security deposits:

€580 deposit for Les Bambous and Le Paddle

€800 deposit for Le Shorebreak (in case of damage or major breakage)
Cleaning deposit:

€80 cleaning deposit for Les Bambous and Le Paddle
-
€120 cleaning deposit for Le Shorebreak
Cleaning of the accommodation is the responsibility of the tenant during the stay and before departure.
The cleaning deposit will be retained if the gîte is left in a condition considered unsatisfactory.
Both deposits will be returned after inspection during the check-out inventory carried out on the day of departure.
The gîtes and all equipment provided to guests are cleaned, disinfected, checked, functional, and in good condition.
Guests are kindly asked to inform the owners immediately of any issue or malfunction.
Use of the Property
Guests must ensure the peaceful use of the property and use it according to its intended purpose.
Access to the entire property is reserved exclusively for registered guests.
Visitors or outside persons are not permitted on the premises.
Each gîte is fully independent and not overlooked, offering privacy and comfort.
Each one has its own identity and private amenities designed for your comfort:

Les Bambous features a cozy cocoon-style garden

Le Paddle features a private heated hot tub
(available from May to the end of September) -
Le Shorebreak features a private swimming pool
For safety reasons related to the swimming pool and wellness area,
we welcome children from 12 years old in our accommodations.
The cottages are non-smoking
Pets not allowed
Responsibility
Failure to comply with safety and hygiene rules, damage or negligence that could lead to direct or indirect damage to furniture, equipment, people or future services, engage your responsibility and will be invoiced.

Showering is mandatory before using the swimming pool or hot tub.

No products, objects, or substances may be added to the water.
